As a native and long-time resident of the San Francisco Bay Area and member of the San Mateo County Bar Association, John has practiced as an attorney in San Mateo County since 1993.  In that time, John has helped many clients in federal and state court with their chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankrupcies and family law matters like divorce, child support, child custody, spousal support and visitation rights.  John has also drafted countless wills,  living trusts, and durable powers of attorney for his satisfied clients and helped them to quickly probate their estates.   Always looking to help his clients where help is needed, John has expanded his practice  to aid his clients seeking visas, naturalization and citizenship or those trying to avoid deportation.  For this reason, John has decided to limit his existing family law practice to uncontested matters were both parties are looking for a cost effective and amicable resolution to there issues.  John will not be taking any contested family law matters at this time.
